Η εταιρεία Β2KAPITAL CYPRUS LTD εξασφάλισε την πρώτη άδεια Εταιρείας Εξαγοράς Πιστώσεων από την Κεντρική Τράπεζα της Κύπρου στις 10 Μαΐου 2018. Η Εταιρεία είναι θυγατρική του Νορβηγικού πολυεθνικού Ομίλου B2HOLDING, ο οποίος εργοδοτεί 2.400 εξειδικευμένα στελέχη σε 23 Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες. Ο Όμιλος, ο οποίος είναι ένας απο τους 10 μεγαλύτερους αγοραστές και διαχειριστές Μη Εξυπηρετούμενων Δανείων (ΜΕΔ) στην Ευρώπη, θεωρεί ότι η Κυπριακή αγορά παρουσιάζει ουσιαστικές προοπτικές ανάπτυξης. Η μητρική εταιρεία του Ομίλου, Β2Ηοlding ASA, ειναι εισηγμένη στο Χρηματιστήριο Αξιών του Όσλο. Στις 2 Μαΐου ο Όμιλος ανακοίνωσε ότι ολοκληρώθηκε η αξιολόγησή του από τους οίκους Moody's και Standard & Poor’s με κατάταξη στη βαθμίδα “Ba3” και “ΒΒ-”  αντίστοιχα, με σταθερή προοπτική....

09.05.2018 15:43 B2Holding ASA has successfully completed a EUR 200 million senior unsecured bond issue with maturity in 2023. The bond issue was substantially oversubscribed. The bonds will have a coupon of 3 months EURIBOR + 4.75%, and will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Settlement date is expected to be 23 May 2018. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. DNB Markets, Nordea and Swedbank acted as joint lead managers for the bond issue....

02.05.2018 10:49 B2Holding has acquired 100% of the shares in GI Capital Solutions S.A. ("GICS"), a 3rd party collection company with 8 employees located in Lisbon, Portugal. The acquisition of GICS is in line with the strategy to expand in the Iberian region, as previously communicated in connection with the acquisition of Verifica in Spain. The acquisition of GICS will enable Verifica to serve existing customers in both Spain and Portugal within 3rd party collection and will be organized as part of the Spanish operation....

As previously communicated, the Company initiated a credit rating process with the aim of obtaining a public rating in Q2 2018. This process has now been completed. Moody's has assigned a "Ba3" corporate family rating with a stable outlook to the Company. S&P has assigned a "BB-" long-term issuer credit rating with a stable outlook to the Company....
