B2Holding ASA (the “Company”) announced today that it has been assigned a public rating by Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. (“Moody’s”) and S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”).
As previously communicated, the Company initiated a credit rating process with the aim of obtaining a public rating in Q2 2018. This process has now been completed.
Moody’s has assigned a “Ba3” corporate family rating with a stable outlook to the Company. S&P has assigned a “BB-” long-term issuer credit rating with a stable outlook to the Company.
