Description of position:

The role of Asset Manager is to assist the SME and Retail resolution teams on the management of all asset-backed and unsecured non-performing loans in order to maximize recovery across all asset classes.

.

Reporting line:
Team Leader or Supervisor


Main responsibilities:

  • Contact communication with the debtors to pursue debt resolutions.
  • Handling the negotiations for the restructuring of complex relationships/accounts.
  • Coordination of legal actions (issuance of court decisions, payment orders, modes of execution, registration of memos, foreclosures, auctions).
  • Managing the insolvency or bankruptcy process of insolvent obligors.
  • Performing or overviewing going concern analysis, liquidation analysis and potential of real estate opportunities.
  • Determining and proposing suitable resolution strategies.
  • Submission of business proposals to the relevant Committees for approval.
  • Cooperation with the relevant units for the coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the approvals.
  • Monitoring of the agreed repayment plans.
  • Conduct of the necessary controls (reviews) to assure compliance to internal procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, banking or other relevant field of study is desirable
  • Professional experience in SME/Retail relationship handling (at least 3 years, involving hands-on management of troubled assets, recoveries and restructuring units)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and commitment to delivering results
  • Comfortable in working in high pressure environments
  • Ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations
  • Greek and English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of AroTRON system will be considered an advantage

 

Description of position:

The role of the Closing & Support Officer is to support the collection and recovery process of the Company by providing the necessary administrative support internally and by liaising with third party associates of the Company such as Authorities, legal firms, consultants and others.

Main responsibilities:

Acts as an advisor to the customers in order to inform them on their options for settling the debt

  • Maintains and updates customer information in the company’s systems and completes the necessary documents where required
  • Updates the system and monitors legal actions and proceedings
  • Handles the preparation of Court filings
  • Communicates and coordinates third parties for the provision of other information necessary to the operations of the Company

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, banking or other relevant field of study is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of AroTRON system will be considered an advantage

Description of position:

The role of the Resolution Advisor is to manage the financial claims through the negotiation with customers (debtors) in order to achieve the final settlement, always within the framework of the Code of Conduct and the existing regulations.

Team Leader or Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

  • Explains the settlement and payment terms
  • Manages customers objections and concerns and helps them to further understand their obligations and responsibilities, as well as the stage of legal actions
  • Decides on the right action when negotiating payments under the company’s management strategy
  • Maintains and updates customer information in the company’s systems and completes the necessary documents where required
  • Treats customers with courtesy, honesty, discretion and straightness

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, banking or other relevant field of study is desirable
  • 3 years of experience as a Collection Agent in a call center preferably in portfolio management or in customer service
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Arotron is desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Reporting line:

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the International Director of the “SLA & Operational Risk Management” function of the Company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify the operational, compliance and other risks associated with the companies' businesses,
  • Assess, and analyze the impact on the risks identified,
  • Suggest Risk Management Implementation Strategies and mitigating actions,
  • Monitoring and follow up on mitigating actions,
  • Assess potential risks of new projects and advice accordingly,
  • Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the group,
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including KYC/AML/CFT/Sanctions and Governance,
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Board of Directors, Central Bank or other regulators (locally and/or abroad) in the areas of Risk Management & Compliance,
  • Other tasks according to company needs

 

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree on Risk Management or
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management with 2 years’ relevant experience, or
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy or other related field of study with 2 years’ working experience and advanced knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and practices
