Finance professional with a large tenure as an insolvency practitioner. George Christoforou has accumulated an all-around operational and financial restructuring experience and has managed several Corporate Finance and Turnaround projects while being a Senior Manager of Kantor Management Consultants CFA team. He possesses a deep understanding of the Banking industry, having served for almost 2 years as Sanctioning Manager in Greece and for almost 7 years as CEO for the Bank of Cyprus in Romania. Following his tenure in the banking system, he acquired solid experience in Portfolio Reviews and participated as Advisor in the sale tenders of significant portfolios in Greece and Romania. In parallel, he had advised certain Banks during the Asset Quality Review project of the four systemic institutions in Greece (ECB stress test), while subsequently managed the Loans Portfolio Review of the Cooperative Banks of Greece. Ηe also led the portfolios’ recoveries in the Greek Special liquidation entity as a General Manager. He holds a BSc and MSc from the City University (London) and an MBA from the London Business School.

Evgenia Christodoulou worked for the Bank of Cyprus Public Co Ltd for the years between 1994 and 2013. Major positions included Head of the Group's Bad Debt Provisions & Provisioning Policy, Assistant Manager of the Bank's Private Banking Unit, Manager of the Bank's Recoveries Division and Regional Manager for the branch and SMEs network of the Larnaka/ Famagusta Districts.
Between 2014 and 2019 she held the role of Deputy CEO and Business Development Manager of Ancoria Bank Ltd. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ancoria Bank Ltd and Ancoria Insurance Public Ltd, as well as semi-governmental organisations.

Academic Qualifications: B.Sc. in Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, CYSEC Certified Person.

Kyriacos Riris has been a member of various Boards, as a non-executive Director, since March 2015 whereas in October 2018 he was appointed to the BoD of B2Kapital Cyprus Ltd. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Riris had served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Greece. From 1998, he has served in a series of positions in PWC, Greece, including those of Senior Partner and Managing Partner in both Audit and Advisory/Consulting. Prior to its merger with PwC, Mr. Riris had been employed at Grant Thornton, Greece, where in 1984 he became a Partner. From 1976 to 1982, he was employed at Arthur Young, Greece. Mr. Riris holds a degree from Birmingham Polytechnic (presently Birmingham City University) and completed his professional qualifications with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in the UK in 1975, becoming a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants in 1985.
